Welcome to the AnyBodyCan Limited website.

AnyBodyCan was formed to support the development of social enterprises which promote the social and economic inclusion of disabled and otherwise disadvantaged people.

AnyBodyCan is a membership organisation and a company limited by guarantee No. 4230303 incorporated in June 2001.

AnyBodyCan is led by three experienced social entrepreneurs – James Dixon (Development Director), Steve Manchee (Chair) and Philip Angier (Treasurer and Company Secretary).

AnyBodyCan trades a social enterprise form its offices in West Newcastle. It uses the business names AnyBodyCan ‘Be Enterprising’ and The AnyBodyCan Enterprise Circle.

AnyBodyCan was born out of a two year research programme supported by the Institute of Community Studies, Newcastle City Council, the Newcastle Healthy City Project, the Scarman Trust’s “Community Champions” Fund and the Northern Rock and Lloyds TSB Foundations – click here for a brief history.
